my favorite color scheme in the whole wide world is red, white, & blue, so here’s a little bag to to commemorate that. completed for my AMERICAN PIE COLLECTION for my SCAD FIBR 345 class, this bag was made as part of a collection of 5 bags to reminisce over a lost time in American culture, thinking back to the days of don mcleand song “american pie” which reminds me of my childhood in the truck with my dad going fishing with my great grandad or taking the trash off to the dump in his truck and stopping at the gas station to get a root beer in a glass bottle.

this was made with 100% recycled cotton materials, including cotton yarn, a thick thrifted bedsheet for the lining, and a pair of jeans cut up strategically for the sides, straps, and stars on the front. this one was by far my favorite in my AMERICAN PIE COLLECTION!
